Food quality is good but service is very horrible all staff are not grooming well and they don't have any sense how to talk to the guest. I ordered the mix rice Rumali roti plain rice and chicken bharta . After 20 min I ask my order with the service boy they roudly reply your will be come after 30 minutes.. and the chicken bharta is not good the bharta test is very low quality.... I always eat the food NOVELTY OLD RESTAURANT THERE SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY IS ALWAYS GOOD....

THE WORST EVER BAR. I WOULD NEVER ACTUALLY A PERSON WITH BARE MINIMUM SELF RESPECT WOULD NEVER LAND FEET ON THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. ORDERED FOOD WORTH ₹5373, THE STAFFS SHOWED THE AUDACITY TO KICK SOMEONE OUT LIKE WHAT!? DIDN'T COMPLETE ORDERING FOOD BUT THEY SAID THAT ORDERS CANNOT BE PLACED AFTER 12AM AND WE WERE OKAY WITH THAT, THEY SENT THE BILL WITHOUT EVEN ASKING THAT WAS ALSO OKAY BUT THEY CAME AND ASKED RUDELY TO LEAVE EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS FOOD ON THE TABLE. THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED TO A FAMILY WHICH ALSO INCLUDED A CHILD (UNDER 18). WHEN WE REFUSED BECAUSE WE WEREN'T DONE WITH OUR MEAL, THEY ASKED 2ND TIME AND IT IS OBVIOUS THAT WE WOULD OBJECT (VERBAL OBJECTION) BUT THEY WERE READY TO THROW HANDS. THE WORST PART IS THAT THE BAR WAS NOT EMPTIED – THERE WERE OTHER PEOPLE STILL SITTING AND EATING, YET WE WERE SPECIFICALLY TARGETED. THESE TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR ARE NOT LEGALLY DOABLE AS FAR AS I KNOW AS A HUMAN RIGHTS' PRESS MEMBER. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
