I have been ordering from this restaurant for the past three years. Recently, when I contacted them to place an order, they informed me that, according to their owner, the new delivery policy is quite unreasonable. The minimum order amount must be ₹500 for deliveries within 5 km; otherwise, they will not deliver. I even offered to pay the delivery charge for my distance, which is just 3 km, but they insisted that the minimum order must still be ₹500. This means that even if someone wants to order for ₹199 or ₹450, they are forced to order above ₹500. After this incident checked with Swiggy. Kottiyam chicking offers better delivery policy and price after applying offer. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
