Guests don't like chicken at this restaurant. Food delivery is an important advantage of KFC - Dreams Mall Kottiyam. Most visitors indicate that the staff is professional. Terrific service is something clients appreciate here. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is peaceful. But many people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I recently tried the KFC burger, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. First, the burger was served cold, which was a major letdown as I was expecting a fresh, warm meal. The bun was a bit soggy, and the overall taste didn’t live up to what I’ve come to expect from KFC. Additionally, I noticed a significant price difference for the same item at different KFC outlets, which felt unfair and inconsistent. For the price, I expected better quality and a fresher product. I hope they address these issues to maintain the standard I’ve always appreciated. I ordered a burger from KFC, and within 5 minutes, they delivered it with cold buns. When I questioned it, they justified it by saying it was because it was a veg add-on. This is unacceptable. For the price I paid, they should at least learn how to serve food properly. They need to be trained on how to serve a burger at the very least. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never recommend KFC to anyone. I will be leaving this review on Google to let others know about this disappointing experience.
