I recently tried the KFC burger, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. First, the burger was served cold, which was a major letdown as I was expecting a fresh, warm meal. The bun was a bit soggy, and the overall taste didn’t live up to what I’ve come to expect from KFC. Additionally, I noticed a significant price difference for the same item at different KFC outlets, which felt unfair and inconsistent. For the price, I expected better quality and a fresher product. I hope they address these issues to maintain the standard I’ve always appreciated. I ordered a burger from KFC, and within 5 minutes, they delivered it with cold buns. When I questioned it, they justified it by saying it was because it was a veg add-on. This is unacceptable. For the price I paid, they should at least learn how to serve food properly. They need to be trained on how to serve a burger at the very least. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never recommend KFC to anyone. I will be leaving this review on Google to let others know about this disappointing experience.
