This restaurant is a right choice if you are in the mood for the Vegetarian cuisine. The attentive staff welcomes guests all year round. Service at NEW TASTE OF KALPATHY is something one can name cool. You might pay your attention to the enjoyable atmosphere. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

On the positive note, coffee was good. The service was super delayed and they definitely could do a better job (had to wait a full 20 minutes and two reminders before they took the order). The mushroom masala dosa (don't remember the exact name) was greasy and full of food colour. It also gave a stomach upset. The veg kurma was bland, no flavour at all. Porotta was like rubber. Gobi manchurian while listed as dry came as semi gravy (had ordered for table, they made it to go). Went in because they named it as Taste of Kalpathy (there is one eatery inside Kalpathy) but it doesn't look like a branch of the place. All in all a bad experience and not recommended to anyone. There are many restaurants in the vicinity that gives way better service and tastes far far better on similar price. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Would not recommend to anyone since food is bad and delayed service.

The glasses were not so clean. But they replaced it once we raised the concern. Few dishes were not fresh. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

ORDERED FOOD ON TRAIN THROUGH ZOMATO.. I WAS WITH MY FAMILY INCLUDING MY LITTLE BABY. 2 SET DOSA, 02 FRIED RICE, & 02 MASALA DOSA, THEY HAVE ONLY GIVEN 02 FRIED RICE.. TRIED CALLING THE RESTAURANT.NO POSITIVE RESPONSE. AND THAT FRIED RICE , IT WAS AWFUL.. YOU MUST KICK OUT YOUR COOK. WE LITERALLY THROWN AWAY THE FRIED RICE. FULL OF HUGE AMOUNT OF OIL.
