Ordered from train. Other hotels listed in IRCTC mentioned 3hrs delivery but HOTEL SREE RAM TOOK ONLY 1HR. TASTE WAS ALSO GOOD. ESPECIALLY KERALA SPECIAL PUTTU WAS DELIVERED TO THE COACH. ORDERED AT 7PM. DELIVERED AT 8.30PM. Food: 5 Service: 5
