Paneer butter masala and porotta with any gravy and porotta ordered through IRCTC He took the money for the order... I got the money... Very bad service. .. Deliverik is sending irresponsible staff.

Requesting the IRCTC to shut down the service of this hotel in the e-catering service. Just because of the worst service from this hotel, we had to travel hungry for our night journey. If you are not capable of delivering, at least show the courtesy to call and inform so that we can make alternative arrangements. Taking advantage of the situation and forcing us to stay hungry whole night is not what you should do. Please do not order from this hotel during your travel. I should have checked the reviews earlier but did a mistake due to the lack of time. Even after these many negative reviews, wonder how this hotel is still there in the irctc order list.
