I had a very disappointing experience at Taste and Bite Cake Store. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about the price of a cake, they responded in an irritated and dismissive manner. A few moments later, one of them even raised their voice and spoke to me in a very unpleasant tone, which was completely uncalled for. Moreover, they never provide a bill for their cakes, which is quite suspicious. When I requested a bill, I was again met with rude behavior and a harsh tone. This kind of treatment towards customers is unacceptable. Basic courtesy and transparency should be expected from any business. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this store to others.
