I would have rated them minus in service. They have a very pathetic serving staffs who are least interested in their job. They had a huge variety of items in their beverages menu but when we tried to order they said that almost all the beverages except the coffee are not available. We even enquired will it be available a bit later and they said NO. But when we finished our dinner and were about to leave I saw them serving all other kind of beverages to other customers. My question is to the owner of Voila is that do you guys judge the customers according to their clothes and serve them accordingly? I too would have paid for my choice of beverage. If you don’t change your serving staffs soon you will be loosing business. Won’t recommend a place like this where you are judged for not dressing very fancy and rice. One of the best cafes in South Kolkata, The ambiance is very pleasant and soothing. I have tasted Darjeeling Tea at first and then it is the main dish - Grilled Chicken in Mushroom sauce. The taste is excellent and the quantity is more than sufficient. They have two floors. The staircase is very photogenic. The staff's behaviour is good, though the lady staff is arrogant.
