Nakhoda Mosque is what you should visit after tasty meals at this restaurant. If you're Indian and Mughlai cuisine lover, come here. Make a change from your traditional meal and try nicely cooked fried chicken, fried fish and kebabs at Taskeen. A lot of visitors suppose that falooda here is tasty. It is nice to enjoy great lassi or delicious coffee.
The success of this place wouldn't be possible without the terrific staff. Professional service is something that people highlight in their reviews. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are attractive. We have ordered Malai Chicken, Rumali roti and Chicken tikka(parcel) The Malai Chicken was good but the rumali roti is not fresh but the kabab is also good. Moving forward the atmosphere is bit small and shady type(upstairs) and the outside tables also bit unhygienic... We visited Taskeen Restaurant and tried Murgh Changezi, Butter Chicken Tikka, and Roomali Roti. All the dishes were flavorful and satisfying. The Murgh Changezi was a highlight—deep-fried, rich in taste, and cooked to perfection. The Butter Chicken had a creamy, well-balanced gravy with nicely marinated chicken that absorbed the masala really well. There’s an upstairs seating area, but it felt a bit congested and the stairs are quite narrow. Don’t expect a very neat or polished dining space, but the food makes up for it. Pricing is moderate -not too expensive, yet not very cheap either. A good place to visit if you're after authentic taste over ambiance.
