It was mind blowing and I've been trying ever since to find a recipe for that shiitake sauce and the tofu patty.

BBQ Burger: 2/5
It had very thin layer of chicken and a lot of... a lot of sauce. It tasted like I was eating Sauce Burger.
Overall presentation of dishes were good, but that was it.
Aglio Bolio Veg Pasta : -1/5
The worst Pasta I have ever had. Pasta in white sauce with "Suji" "all over it". And I guess they were just experimenting like what we do at home, it was made with "Domino's" Oregano and Chilly Flakes. It wasn't tasting fresh too. We had to leave it. And to improve taste we had to eat vegetables from Chilli Chicken.
Chilli Chicken Tempura: 2/5
Sauce was good but a little salty. But chicken was notz well marinated and overall it was not made well. There was no taste on inside of chicken, just the sauce.
I don't know what's wrong with restaurants in Jaipur, a while back I ate at Barbeque Nation and there also nothing was up to the mark, some were even worse (There actually things were not prepared the same way as in Delhi. I have tried Barbeque Nation there.) There the chef also said that Jaipur has different taste. But still I wasn't satisfied by the overall food quality. It was cold and not so tasty. Only the pre buffet menu was okay.
I don't know why these restaurants are getting, these many, so high ratings. Either people have not tasted what they actually taste like or how they are made. Or maybe they are just so much in awe of service and ambience that they forget what the food tastes like.?
