Don't judge the hotel by its outside appearance in pics and Google reviews, the rooms are not acceptable for a 3* property and the staff is not responsive and friendly. The house rules they have set up are just plain stupid and are of very unwelcoming nature. Definitely would not recommend to anyone, better get a better nearby hotel for peaceful stay and pleasant experience. Edit: I’m glad you acknowledge that opinions can differ — that’s exactly what reviews are for. My feedback isn’t about entitlement; it’s about expectations versus experience. A 3-star property sets certain basic standards, and in my stay, those weren’t met — particularly room quality, staff responsiveness, and the tone of the house rules, which felt more restrictive than welcoming. Pictures (host or guest) capture appearance, not service quality, comfort, or hospitality — all of which are experienced only after check-in. My review is meant to add that missing context for future guests so they can make an informed choice, just as positive reviews reflect others’ experiences. As for raising issues “right there,” feedback isn’t always resolved on the spot, and public reviews exist precisely to share outcomes — good or bad — with fellow travellers. People will decide for themselves, and my role here is simply to share an honest experience, not to override anyone else’s. See I agree that everyone is entitled to his/ her opinion and you certainly have made an opinion about us. Fine. But for argument sake, please enlighten us. What should we believe in? An average person trying to figure out if he/ she should stay in this hotel or not, should believe in what? Not the pictures posted by the host, not the pictures posted by guests, not the excitement and gratitude mentioned in hundreds of them… but they should believe you and your sense of entitlement. Wah! Let the people decide. And please if you have an issue, resolve it right here with us. Don’t carry it home with you, it ferments over a period of time. Cheers, luck and love.
