We’re sorry to hear that you felt unhappy with your visit, and we’d like to clarify a few points respectfully.During your time with us, your group ordered only tea and ice cream. No food was ordered, so the comment regarding tasteless food and slow service does not reflect the actual experience at our restaurant, which is why we feel it may be a misunderstanding.Regarding the sunbed, the concern was not about the size of the order. Our sunbeds are limited and reserved exclusively for in-house (room) guests. Out of courtesy and considering your grandmother’s age, she was allowed to use a sunbed for nearly two hours. Later, when the room guest returned from the sea and requested their assigned sunbed, we politely asked that it be vacated, as all other sunbeds were already occupied.We regret that this situation led to disappointment, but we assure you that our team acted according to policy while trying to remain considerate. We always aim to be fair to all guests, especially during peak season.We wish you well and thank you for understanding our position.
