Tangerine used to be my favourite at one time. Today when we were there for lunch, the soup buns were hard and stale. Service was very slow. At 1pm the servers were in their casual clothes. There were mosquitoes near the window tables. Ladies toilet was so dirty. It's Tangerine loosing it's old charm ? Sad to see it like this. I quite like the restaurant. Situated just beside the outram club. They have Chinese cuisine and Indian cuisine as well. They have a variety of dishes. They have a bar as well. The staff is very friendly and polite. Ambience is average. Coming to food, food tastes awesome. We are very much happy with the quality and quantity of the dishes served.
