In my life I never drank this much dirty kitkat shake. It feels like I am drinking kitkat water. Its not even thick like shake. And for what are you charging 18% Tax ? For foods essentials you can apply 5% tax. I really suggest either you should improve your quality or just shut down your business if you don't know about rules and law of this country.

Dear Milind, Our shakes including the Kitkat shake. are thick, chocolatey and very popular. If you were unhappy, you should have told the staff and they would have made another one for you. As for 18% GST, you visited before 22 Sep 2025. The laws of the Government of India levied 18% GST on all ice cream products before 22 Sep 2025. We were following the law. From 22 Sep 2025 onwards, the Government of India has reduced the GST on all ice cream products 5%. Hence, the from this date onwards, we charge 5% GST as per the laws of the country.
