Roohan is an excellent coach! She took the time to understand my problems in detail and shared a clear, structured plan for me to follow. She checked in with me every day to see how I was feeling, and whenever I had any issues, she was always quick to respond and guide me. Thanks to her constant support and guidance, I was able to lose 11 kgs . I am truly satisfied and happy with my progress under her coaching!

Representative was rude, insolent, uncooperative and reluctant to receive feedback.   I had tried to get some clarity on the carb content of some of the products because of discrepancies between a PDF description of muffins and what was on the website. When the representative clarified that the website description needed to be revised and that the discrepancy (6.8 carbs vs. 3 carbs + sizable differences variable on what type of muffin ordered, none of this which is detailed on website) I requested that the website be updated as these differences are misleading and make a considerable difference when you are on a diet that requires a daily carb intake of less than 20 grams.   The representative then responded defensively, saying that it was not misleading, to give it a margin whenever I make purchases, that it was very hard (presumably baking keto snacks) then asked not to buy her products.

Entire engagement was extremely unnecessary and off-putting. Won’t be returning to engage services again.
