The staff were not friendly and their attitude felt like ‘eat if you want, otherwise leave.’ The shawaya was below average lately, and the atmosphere wasn’t calm because it was very noisy. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The attitude of the waiter was extremely bad. Even our District Collector wouldn’t show this much attitude toward people. As a customer, I had to wait a very long time even though there was no rush at all. Many benches were free, and the waiters were just standing around and chilling without paying any attention to customers. The service was very disappointing and unprofessional. Its the third time i am facing this . I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I came here was because I like their shawarma, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I tried the Shawaya and Shawarma from T&T Calicut and the food was really delicious. The ambiance is super, service is quick, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, a great experience, definitely worth visiting! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
