The waiter was completely inattentive. He never listened to my requests and questions. I’m allergic to most nuts and after I had explained to him, he still got my food with nuts sprinkled on it. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Dietary restrictions: They don’t have any concept of allergies. BEWARE

Tanatan Shivaji Park is the kind of place that walks in with confidence and makes sure you notice it. The vibe is lively, slightly loud, and full of energy, which fits perfectly with the whole Shivaji Park dining scene. It is the kind of restaurant where conversations compete with the background buzz, but somehow that adds to the charm rather than taking away from it. The menu is packed with options, and the food largely delivers. Rich, flavorful, and unapologetically indulgent, this is not the place you come to eat light. Portions are generous and the dishes are made to impress, both in taste and presentation. Service is quick and efficient even when the place is busy, which it usually is. You can tell they are used to handling crowds without letting things fall apart. Final verdict: Come hungry, come loud, and come ready for a full on dining experience.
