Legal Notice Issued Still No ResponseDespite a confirmed booking for 8 guests on 27 June at Tamarind by Pristine (via District/Zomato), we were denied proper seating, mistreated by staff, and forced to adjust on a 6-seater. The staff falsely claimed to be the manager. This wasn’t just mismanagement — it was deception.After multiple failed attempts for resolution, we issued a formal legal notice (shared with their legal team). To date, no action or compensation has been offered. Guests at our table were potential investors for our firm, and this incident has caused reputational harm.If you value professionalism and trust, avoid booking via this platform.
