It's an excellent restaurant, but it falls short in many areas. Service needs significant improvement, as there is a lack of attention to customers. We had to wait or call multiple times for the order status. Mostly, they served cold food (even though we were in a hot kitchen area). I returned one dish, and for the second, we decided not to complain. Food quality and presentation were very good, but the taste and portion size for the price are not even close to being good. I requested a birthday cake, but the manager said they would organize a dessert, and nothing happened. They don't even seem to care when we leave. The atmosphere was really good, and if you’re a party person or go out with friends to hang out and wait for the food to be served, then the restaurant is the best place to go. Sorry Taftoon, you slightly disappointed our expectations, but we will visit again next time to give it a try. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹800–1,000
