Attention Taco Bell India, It’s disappointing to see such a renowned global chain deliver such poor service. Our experience at your outlet was far from acceptable. First, the cashier asked us to wait as they were prioritizing online orders—this wait extended to over 20 minutes before our order was finally taken. To make matters worse, Mr. Gridhar, who took the order, was extremely rude and didn’t even bother asking whether I wanted the veg or non-veg option in my meal combo. His attitude was careless and unprofessional. Having enjoyed Taco Bell in multiple countries, this level of service in India is truly disheartening. If such customer treatment continues, I seriously doubt Taco Bell India will sustain its presence for long. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
