i took rice bowl and fries, rice bowl was only half of the size and i raised a complaint around that but in vain. fries was completely stale and cold. very poor experience

Yesterday, I had dinner at Taco Bell in Airia Mall, and it was a terrible experience. The service was extremely slow — I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. They didn’t even have shakes available. The food quality was poor, and the taste didn’t match the high prices at all. Honestly, it felt like a scam. Definitely my worst experience ever at Taco Bell. Also, the bill had a feedback code and website printed on it, but they tore the bill before handing it over, which clearly shows how careless and unprofessional the staff was.
