We visite last night One8, IFC for the first time and were lucky to snag a table without a prior booking. The team handled a busy moment with grace—when a fly entered from outside, the staff quickly reassured us and made sure we were comfortable. I appreciate their humility and professionalism; it’s clear they’re dedicated to hospitality, and they treated us kindly even when things weren’t perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Ganesh Koranga (Restaurant Manager) and his top-notch team for their excellent service. The kitchen offered a variety of delicious dishes, including Bamboo Casunutt (bamboo shoots), Chicken Mushroom Google Dim Sum, Baked Paneer Masala, and more — all well-prepared and tasty. To guests choosing reputed brands like One8: please extend respect to the people serving you. If there’s a hiccup, give staff a chance to make it right rather than creating a scene.
