This outlet at Prozone mall does not have staff who can understand that when a customer says it’s not dine in but will be eating at the food court of prozone mall. They still serve you packed food, as they mention that it’s their policy not to serve on plates outside. Well this policy could have been mentioned while receiving the order this is not supposed to be told at time of delivery. Moreover they did not have a single customer at that time. Such a lethargic and lazy behaviour. Moreover the taco fillings were just out of fridge not even heated properly! Sad state of affairs as nowadays everyone is busy on their mobile phones. Right from person taking orders chef cooking and the one handing over the order. Expecting us to eat on papers in a food court!! Thank you Taco Bell will never visit again.
