Very very bad experience at taco Bell today at prozone mall. Don't know if taco Bell standard has gone bad or the staff is not trained properly. Food tasted pathetic. Onions and tomatoes were big chunks. There was no crunch in the crunchy ultimate cheese crunch wrap. The Nachos were tasteless. Not only waste of money but total disappointment Food: 1

We are not able to order just the item we want. The app is not giving an option to order just the item listed, but also forces us to buy sides that we don't like. This sudden change is loathsome, and if it does not revert back, we will simply dine in the restaurant and never get delivery from taco bell.
