I love taco bell but I faced a major privacy problem in this branch. I had visited this location of taco bell on 5/07/2025 ordered food and left. The next day 06/07/2025 , I recieve the message stating an order has been placed using my mobile number, which I never did. When I look into the order details one of the employees has used my phone number to place an order without my permission. This is a big breach of privacy. The reason(given by manager) being the employee wanted to use there mobile number but the system automatically filled in my number (which was last used on 5/07/2025). They should have at least called me and informed me about this issue but none of that ever happened!. They had placed 4 orders!! I am very disappointed with the event. Would not recommend this branch to anyone. I will also attach the proof for the above.
