Had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell today. The staff member named Tharadevi was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had purchased the unlimited refill option, but she kept checking the cup for a marking that wasn't there—something that they were supposed to do at the time of purchase. Not my fault. She then insisted on seeing the bill, which I had unfortunately misplaced since I was seated across the food court and had multiple bills from different outlets. I clearly wouldn’t be asking for a refill if I hadn’t paid for it. I even asked her to check the system for confirmation, but she kept arguing instead of acknowledging the error on their part. As a regular customer at the Whitefield branch, I found her tone unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive. Really poor customer service, and I hope this doesn’t become the norm here. one of the worst combo.it is not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹200–400
