Had been here today for normal evening snacks. And had one of the worst experience ever. 1. You will be unwelcomed by ungrateful waiters and managers as if you are going to take away their peace. 2. Next you would be ignored by waiters or they keep irritating you every now and then to check if you are going to order as if you are eating for free. 3. Next once you decide to order the waiter takes your order as if you are asking his kidney and give you a very cold stare with a cold smirk with a smug face. 4. Then you have to wait for an eternity for your order to be served to you even when there are no customers along. 5. Once the waiters come with the food you will be served as if you owe them money. 6. At the end when you taste the food, for instance we had ordered pav bhaji and coffee, you feel like the taste is mediocre and your taste buds have already rotten due to bad mood. 7. After this comes the next blast, with all this humiliation and misery you see service charge on the bill, which feels like a horror movie with which you just go clueless. 8. To add to your misery they make you sign in that bill if you get the service charge removed as if you are gonna be sentenced for a few hours. 9. You would then vow that you wouldn't ever ever eat at this place like never ever again even if you are starving, instead would go to anywhere else. TL;DR: Worst experience ever, rude staff below average food, not so great. Would never ever recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Nice ambience. Good food. What else one can ask for. Only complaint is sometimes in the evening what we ask for is not available. Otherwise Food taste and portion size is great. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The taste of pav bhaji and chilli paneer is very very bad to say the least . Not like the Shiv sagar we know . Quality of food extremely bad leading to stomach pain for us and children. Please avoid this the quality is rectified or assured . Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1
