I was 80kg when I was started, within two months I bcum 68kg ....its only because of the guidance of Karuna master mr.tamilnadu .gud equipments and great atmosphere to workout...i have workedout almost 7 gyms bt LAcosmo fitness studio is the best gym I have ever saw...”get fit don’t quit”
