I'm thrilled to share my exceptional experience at REGENCY MADURAI by GRT HOTELS. During my stay with my wife in April, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The ladies at reception, head chef, and operations manager were all incredibly attentive and professional. Their exceptional customer service skills and prompt issue resolution truly impressed me. Special mention to the Bengali receptionist - your dedication didn't go unnoticed! Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and dedication.
