We ordered True Mocha Hot - 4/5 Valencia Orange Coffee - 4/5 Matcha Coffee - 3/5 Veg Sandwich -2.5/5 Our experience with Ambience was good. Overall I felt the place is little over hyped. Service was very poor. The order collected was wrong and they added 1 additional coffee without our notice and I ended up paying for extra Matcha coffee which we didn’t order Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I do not get the hype. I saw the reviews and I clearly got fooled. I ordered their capachino, OG cold coffee and cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is so bland.. it's tasteless. I can only taste maida. The capachino is served in a cracked cup... and the capachino is too strong. The OG cold coffee is better than the other two items... But it's a basic cold coffee that tastes exactly like McDonald's classic cold coffee. Nothing special really. The food was served so late. The OG cold coffee arrived nearly 30 minutes late. They served the coffee after I reminded them that I ordered it. The ambience is so boring. Once again.. I don't understand the hype. I always get the cold brew - which is perfect, while others swear by their cappuccino. I tried the vanilla cream cold brew and well, it was okay, I’ve had better. Overall the place is nice, busy and good coffee. Edit: had the cinnamon cold brew, it was perfect. Once the AC upstairs conked off, hopefully they fixed it. Good place for meetings, sit and work, chill. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Brew
