Hi - why is it that since the last few months your store shows “closed” on official McDelivery app but it is open / available for orders of swiggy etc? I’m happy to change my review once there’s a response. There’s no other way to reach the customer care easily.

Came to eat a meal on my own for the first time and absolutely bungled it by spilling my coke. But Varaprasad was extremely kind and gave me a free coke even thought I said its alright. A very nice and sweet experience that reminds me that people are still kind Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had a great experience at the McDonald's Hi-Tech City branch, thanks to the excellent service provided by Yogi. He was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It's always refreshing to see someone so dedicated to their work and customer satisfaction.
