The Italian cuisine is good at this cafe. Wool Cup ~ Urban Cafe & Bistro guarantees you perfectly cooked sesame chicken, filet américain and chicken tenders. A lot of visitors point out that waiters serve good French toasts, strawberry pizza and chocolate cakes here. Great cold coffee, frappes or hot chocolate are the best drinks of this place.
Food delivery is a big plus of this spot. The pleasant staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. If you want to enjoy terrific service, you should go to this cafe. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the attractive prices as people indicate. You will certainly appreciate the charming atmosphere and fancy decor. I went in for a nice snack and a coffee and walked out fuming about my car instead of the food. Handed my keys to the valet at 4.10pm, by the time I came out of the cafe at around 6.15p.m. the car had already been shunted twice to make room for a couple of oversized SUVs “Benz” and I was told by the valet that my car (Seltos) has been moved to accommodate “Bigger Car”When I stepped out to check, I found the valet boy parked in a shady corner, seat fully reclined, A/C blasting, with music playing out loud, he actually looked more comfortable in the car, than I was inside the café. The bill arrived with a neat 10 % “service charge” printed on it. I paid cash; they rounded the total up and refused to return the ₹7 balance, saying “we don’t keep coins.” So I’m tipping 10 % for the privilege of having a stranger lounge in my own car and burn my fuel? Never again. If you care even a little about your car or your change, steer clear of this place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹600–800
