Excellent location, clean & neat room. Family room is really spacious. Restaurant is also very good. But, I faced a major issue with the room having NO ventilation. There is no AC, which is fine as its Ooty. But, the room is completely closed without even an exhaust fan, which resulted in bad suffocation in the night and I end up leaving the window open. Not sure if am the only one faced this issue, but that resulted in a spoiled night for my family with kids. With all the top notched facilities and cordial staff, if they can look at this issue, this place would be one of the best choice. Thanks
