Had a great time at TOCA Brigade and Terrace! The vibe here is so chill it should be prescribed for stress relief. The food came out looking like it was ready for a photo shoot, and tasted even better than it looked-which is rare! Drinks were fun too, though my wallet cried a little when the bill arrived (worth it though). Service was friendly, music was lively, and the rooftop view made us feel fancier than we actually are.
