Both Dipika Balak Mandir and Tien are recommended for visiting. According to the visitors' comments, Fusion dishes here are quite good. The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked chicken katsu, katsu and thai salads. Most guests recommend trying good chocolate mousse, pancakes and biscuits. This restaurant offers delicious liqueur, bitter or wine among its drinks. Don't miss the opportunity to order great dark coffee, ice tea or fresh juices.

The cozy atmosphere of Tien allows customers to relax after a hard working day. The energetic staff welcomes people all year round. This place is notable for its fast service. Here you will pay fair prices. Many clients describe the decor as lovely. This spot scored 4.2 in the Google rating system.

Read this review carefully before booking a table here or reaching out to them for reservation, folks which work here don't care about customers, i reached out to them on WhatsApp for Booking even before restaurant opening time so that i can reserve my table for two, no one responded on WhatsApp, so called the restaurant 4 times!, no one picked the call, 2 times half an hour before restaurant opens 2 time after restaurant was officially open, no one responded, then i thought fine no worries I'll reach there, i was expecting there will be waiting due to weekend, i completely understand weekend rush in such restaurant. I got there and first thing before welcoming or asking anything else person on the counter asked me if i had a booking i shared i did contact you guys but no one responded he denied that then i showed him the whatsapp messages, he disappointed said okay I'll look if i can arrange a seat for you, he looked something in his computer and said no today's not available you should've booked for weekend 2 days ago! I shared I'm okay with waiting can you guys not arrange just 2 seats, even after an hour he straight away said no.. was not sorry, was not disappointed as he's loosing customer just "not possible" If the booking was full for whole weekend atleast NOTIFY on WhatsApp, post a update on maps, pick customer's calls so that people don't have to commute 18 km to hear "not possible" I understand running restaurant business is not easy but having basic decency and presence of mind is easy! Overall i did not got to taste the food so i cannot say anything about it but based on my friends suggestions, you are anyways better visiting Xia Hinjewadi, Ginkgo Kothrud these are far better options in terms of service & taste. Do better Tien you are in restaurant business, inviting food bloggers doesn't retain customers. Meal type: Lunch

Dear Girish, Ouch—that sounds incredibly frustrating, and I'm genuinely sorry your attempt to book with us turned into such a hassle. Weekends are our busiest whirlwind (you nailed it on the rush), and it's clear we dropped the ball on communication that day—no excuses, just a heartfelt apology for the unanswered WhatsApp, missed calls, and the letdown at the door. A quick note for clarity (especially Sundays): Our Sushi Sundays are a 2-hour all-you-can-eat delight, and tables sell out well in advance—often weeks ahead. We post weekly details on our channels urging advance reservations, but we hear you on the notifications; we're sharpening that to keep everyone in the loop and spare those 18km trips. Our team trains hard to welcome every guest warmly—occasional verbal mix-ups happen in the frenzy, but that's on us to smooth out. Thanks for the nudge. We get the friends' recs on other spots—fair play, tastes vary! Since you missed tasting ours, the full story's still unwritten; we're hopeful you'll give us a shot to change that narrative. We’ve glanced at your other reviews—frustration seems to follow you around like a shadow; hope Tien can be the plot twist that brightens things up. You're always welcome back, we'd be thrilled to show you what we do best :) Have a wonderful day :)
