Date of Visit: 8th June 2025 I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at Mamagoto, Pavilion Mall. I had pre-booked a table for 6:30 PM via Zomato, but due to traveling with a infant, I got delayed. Upon arrival, the restaurant manager, Vishal, was extremely unwelcoming and dismissive, as if customers are a burden to them. Despite the unfriendly reception and an argument at the entrance, I decided to go in for the sake of my family. After settling down, I tried ordering Steamed Green Beans, Broccoli & Silken Tofu and Stir Fried Vegetables with Burnt Garlic — only to be told they didn’t have the vegetables available to prepare these dishes. This is shocking for a restaurant of their stature, especially on a weekend evening. They advertise a diverse Asian menu, yet can’t manage basic vegetables? The staff seemed disinterested, and the overall vibe was cold and uninviting. Eventually, we had no choice but to leave without eating. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a peaceful dinner with family. Absolutely disappointed. Not recommended at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
