We had a wonderful dining experience at The Opera House. The ambience was elegant and welcoming.The food was absolutely delicious. For starters, we had the Red Chilli Basil Paneer – it was outstanding and full of flavor. The Masala Papad was crisp and satisfying, while the Three Pepper Cheese Bao was tasty, though the bao could’ve been a bit softer.In the main course, the Mix Veg Amritsari Masala was average, but the Kolhapuri Dal was spot on. The breads — Laccha Paratha, Plain Kulcha, and Butter Naan — were all perfectly made; the chef clearly knows their craft.For drinks, we tried the Vintage Point, with a hint of strawberry crush – refreshing and well-balanced. The Wildcat Cooler, featuring blue curacao, was a tad sweet but enjoyable.Service was excellent — attentive and professional staff made the experience even better.
