Ritesh from Nagpur, frequent traveler who roam across many cities, Reviewer, Normally putting good reviews. But on dated 28 July around 3.25 pm I entered the hotel royal plaza, checked menu for biryani and Manager/Cashier told 350 around so I ordered half and asked for water and the served normal water was with full of mud. Definitely we take doubt in hygiene if such things you saw, so I cancelled the order and went out but suddenly that manager scolded that ‘Aukat nahi to kyu aaneka’ I argue little bit with him and I went out but still that words are hitting. I am requesting to the owner to check CCTV footage so you will get clear idea. Remark for Owners visibility. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
