A Disappointing Experience Hello food lovers, I recently visited The Exotic Shawarma and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I ordered a chicken sandwich, chicken red sauce pasta, a cappuccino, and a Thumbs Up. After placing the order, I waited for over 30 minutes without any update. When I finally asked the staff about my order, they casually informed me that the chicken sandwich wasn’t available. That should have been communicated much earlier. Trying to stay calm and not ruin my mood, I accepted the remaining items. But honestly, I regret it. The pasta was absolutely terrible — probably the worst I’ve ever had. The coffee was so bad that I wouldn’t even call it coffee. It tasted awful. I also ordered their so-called special shawarma, which turned out to be just as disappointing. To make things worse, the staff was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They seemed clueless about how to treat customers and didn’t show any interest in making the experience better. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you love good food and decent service, this is not the place for you. Save your money and find somewhere that actually values its customers and serves quality food.
