Visited on a Friday noon around 12 pm for Lunch. 2/4 wheeler parking is very limited due to the nature of the location adjacent to jewellery shops. Ordered Mutton biriyani,Egg rice, moru moru chicken and plain kalaki. Food was decent not great. Its going to be more than a decade of me going to thalapakathi in different cities and branches. Sad to see the quality/taste of mutton biryani depleting day by day, the one offered today was charged around 350rs plus but hardly 3-4 very small pieces, taste of biryani nothing compared to how use to be in earlier days . Prices have gone up but the biryani is somewhat taste like the street side biryani which are offered for less than 220rs. Hoping to see them improve after this review Rest all dishes were fine Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This is not a multi-cuisine restaurant. We had a terrible dinner, this was apparently the my third worst experience. Service was poor as well. Very oily, and definitely doesn't taste well. Price per person: ₹400–600

We are from Trichy and we usually crave for good seeraga samba biryani. And whenever we find Dindigul Thalappakatti restaurant near the places we go, we don't miss it. Our usually menu is mutton briyani but this time since we went it the evening mutton briyani was over. So we tries 65 briyani and fish fingers. Everything was delicious as always. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Special Mutton Biryani
