I’m writing this while still sitting in the shop because I seriously can’t believe how bad this food is. I ordered both chicken and mutton biryani, and I honestly regret every bite. The biryani looks decent on the plate, but the taste is just not there. It’s basically colored tomato rice – no real biryani flavor, no aroma, nothing. The chicken is dry and tasteless, like it was cooked separately and just tossed on top. The mutton is chewy and bland. Even the egg was overcooked and hard like rubber. The grill piece had a flavor, but that’s about it – felt more like an afterthought. What’s shocking is that even a ₹150 roadside biryani tastes better than this. At least that has some real masala and heart in it. This? Just a big letdown in every way.
