Extremely poor packing. The sauce was literally dried by the time it reached. It wasn't medium well done. The veggies were all raw. There is no negative marking available. The mashed potatoes were full of lumps. Inedible to say the least. The least they could've done is pack the food well but even that was too much to expect.
