Alcoholic drinks which weren't upto the mark and the staff defended by saying that every restaurant has their own recipe for cocktails. For a common cocktail like an LIIT. Cajun Onion Rings which lacked seasoning or any flavour as such. The rings came alongwith no dips or sauces. On asking if there are no dips accompanying the rings, we were handed a bowl of mayonnaise which has specs of dirt floating on the top. Chicken wings tasted stale and absolutely not upto the mark. Staff attempted to justify the short falls. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Misleading Happy Hour Cocktails Visited TGI Fridays during happy hours and was served cocktails that were clearly watered down. There was little to no taste of alcohol—essentially flavored water. I initially assumed it was a one-time issue. I returned a second time, only to have the exact same experience. Once again, the drinks tasted like they contained no alcohol at all, which is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about what’s actually being served. Happy hour should not mean misleading customers. If cocktails are diluted or alcohol is reduced, that should be clearly disclosed. Charging for cocktails that don’t deliver what’s promised is unacceptable. Would strongly advise others to avoid ordering cocktails here, especially during happy hours.
