Had a great weekend here the food as well as ambiance was decent. Ali helped us decide the menu and the service is at par!! I would recommend having pasta here
Imagine this: You're hungry, you have over an hour before the new Superman movie begins and you're ready to have a lovely day. You walk into TGI Fridays thinking you'll enjoy a meal of some wings and a pizza. Nothing can go wrong. Right? Wrong. They took over 20 mins to get us a plate of 8 wings which we could tell were defrosted so it's not even like they served fresh stuff. They couldn't get an ice tea before we were almost on our last bite and requested thrice before giving up and cancelling it. We had no time to order our main course. Despite the place not being full on a weekend, we still ended up getting horrible service and the compensation? They gave us our entire meal (one coke, one ice tea that I couldn't even drink because there was no time and one plate of wings) free. Heard the saying there's no such thing as a free meal? Well, it's true because what we got was empty stomachs, bad service and an attempt to placate by refusing to take our money despite us insisting on it multiple times. Honestly disappointed Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
