I recently dropped by Tea Post, and it’s quickly become my go-to chill spot near Sardar Nagar Circle. The café vibes are warm and inviting—from comfy seating to fragrant tea blends. Their masala chai hits just right, and the cheese puffs and handvo are consistently delicious . What stands out is the friendliness of the staff and the owner, who genuinely make you feel welcome. Be ready for crowds though—especially in the evening, seating gets limited. But that’s part of the charm: a bustling local hotspot that’s practical, convenient, and full of energy. I used to be a regular patron of this café and had previously appreciated the ambiance and offerings. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The staff—and shockingly, even the owner—were rude and dismissive towards me and my friends without any valid reason. As someone who has supported this place over time, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, which were completely lacking. It's disheartening to see how loyal customers are treated. I hope the management reflects on this behavior and takes steps to improve their customer service. Until then, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend this café to others based on the way we were treated. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
