The Royal Palace Restaurant at Bhavnagar Gujarat takes huge time for preparing the food. After 45 minutes the order was under preparation. So I requested to cancel. Zomato says, to cancel the order whole amount will be charged and no refund will be given. Zomato is prizing and incentivize the bad restaurant. Zomato should penaliize the restaurant who is at fault instead of customer
