Finally visited the newly reopened TAB at Palladium and I actually loved it The whole place has this industrial American-diner vibe — super cozy, slightly edgy, and perfect for a long dinner. But the food was definitely the highlight for me. Everything tasted really well cooked, fresh, and the portions were honestly great too. Truffle Fries — 8.5/10Crispy, flavourful, and dangerously addictive. Caesar Salad — 9/10So fresh and balanced, probably one of my favourites from the meal. American Buff Burger — 8/10Very juicy, meaty, and super satisfying. Lamb Chops — 9.5/10Absolutely unreal. So rich, tender, and luxurious in flavour. Pizzokie — 8.5/10 the perfect endingSuch a fun dessert and honestly the best thing after such a heavy meal.Definitely one of those places I’d go back to just for the experience and the lamb chops alone.
