Cheater branch , took a money but has haven't delivered burger. No one picks up a call at store. I tried calling several times. Disgusting service. Cheater branch. Doesn't even deserve a single star. Cheater branch with no customer support. Service: 1

Walked into the Lower Parel outlet of Burger King for lunch. Had an average experience. Tried Korean Chicken Burger. Liked the taste (was spicy and juicy) but the quantity was less (size of a Junior Burger, whereas it was priced 229 plus tax). The service was okay. The lady server smiled and suggested the Korean burger. So will give her credit. Otherwise it’s not that well maintained. Had trouble with flies. Took video of it. Although servers tried their best to ward off the flies with help of electric bat repellent. When I entered there were hardly 3 - 4 other people in the restaurant. Maybe that’s why the AC was switched off. Thankfully other people entered and they switched on the AC. Else the first 15 min was quite dismal with me sweating while sitting inside. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
