What a hidden Gem. The degustation menu with a garden to table concept was spectacular. The ambience was great but the friendliness and hospitality of the team is what truly sets them apart. All the way from organizing our hotel pick up to personally walking you through the culinary journey in the 2-2.5 hours left is extremely impressed. Absolutely recommended for good food lovers. An absolute highlight of our journey through India! We had one of the best evenings of our entire trip to India at Syah. From the moment we stepped inside, we were personally and warmly welcomed by the owner and founder, which immediately made us feel like more than just guests.
