I had the worst kind of experience at this place - first, my own, and second, that of my relative to whom I had recommended your establishment to. Some of the highlights 1. I had to repeatedly call for service, as the waitstaff was inattentive. The servers were unaware of the dishes, making it difficult to order. 2. The family’s special requests were ignored, and after serving the dish, the staff admitted that modifications were not possible. 3. Payment through third-party apps was denied, despite no such restriction being stated in any of the policies. 4. Despite informing the restaurant about the anniversary and a cake needs to be arranged, the staff conveniently ignored the request. 5. They keep nagging you to remind you of the booking end time. Very disrespectful when 40 minutes are left. Food is okay. Nothing great These are a few of the many such issues here.
