Really shady, suspicious behavior by the staff of a “premier” hotel chain. I called on 10th March to book a table for the coming weekend and I was told that I cannot get a table on the weekend because there’s a wedding happening and when I asked if I can get a table after the wedding, I was told that “they need to check” and my call was transferred to the table reservation team where a different staff member told me that I cannot get a table because of the same wedding. When I said (again) that I want a table after the wedding, I was told “Oh! After the wedding?” and that “they need to check” and then they said that the wedding is going on till the 24th. I asked to be transferred back to the first staff member and told her that this is really suspicious behavior and that if they don’t want to book tables from outside guests, they should say so. I was transferred back and lo and behold, suddenly two tables were available on the 25th. Joke’s on them because I’ll be going elsewhere.

Pathetic service provided by the Leela staff. Too much hassle is required from the customers end to book a slot here. The staff is not well versed with the hotel rules and guidelines and tell that they cannot take a booking since we are either calling too early or too late (there is never a correct time to call it seems). They only prefer in house guests and do not take bookings through phones (so don’t even try).

Sheesh Mahal! Been there food is Awsome, met Sabhya while dining, specially thanks to her for being such a wonderful host!!
