Worst Food and Service in whole Udaipur 1 star because there is no option for negative. Service is extremely pathetic. I was attended by the server Manish. Manish doesn’t have any sense of hospitality. Rudest guy i have ever seen in hospitality industry. Wven tried to complain about this but people over there wasn’t receptive at all and said “Manager nahi hai, Kal milenege” Advise to everyone - Don’t go to Shamiana ever,you will end up spoiling your day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Manish, the server named in your review has since stopped working at Shamiana. While we always make endeavours to guide our team to offer their best service to all our guests. at times however, and due to reasons unbekownst to us, people resort to some folly just before their exit from an organistion. Nonetheless, we hope one instance will not put you completely off Shamiana and we shall look forward to your return while assuring you always of lovely culinary experiences at Shamiana.
