We went to this restaurant in the hopes of having a good time with a great view. While the views lived up to the expectations, the service highly disappointed us. We ordered a plate of kebabs and a virgin mojito. The mojito was a glass of sprite with lemon. When inquired, the staff didn’t pay any heed. The manager came in to help, assured us with a replacement in the form of an aerated drink. The bottle of cola never reached our table, despite waiting for 25 minutes. The kebabs came in and we instantly asked for onions alongside, which again were never served. The server and his superior remained nonchalant and unapologetic about the experience or the bad service. We left the place without ever getting a drink and after having a piece of the kebab, which became cold in the wait of the accompanying “onions”.Please save your time and go to a better rooftop restaurant!
