Terrible service ruins everything, and that’s exactly what happened here. The staff was rude, unresponsive, and honestly didn’t seem to care at all. Orders took forever and came out wrong. When we pointed out issues, nobody listened. The food wasn’t good either—average at best—and the drinks were badly made. For the price they charge, this experience is unacceptable.
