Sweetsmith Coimbatore is conveniently located right next to the Kerala Club, between two roads. The outlet is easy to spot, and there’s plenty of parking available. Despite the good reviews and friendly service (I was even offered a sample of a kunafa), my order — the Lotus Biscoff Kunafa — was completely undercooked. When I raised the issue, I was told the food had to be returned. I understand store policy, but it doesn’t make sense to return a takeaway item once it’s already left the outlet.
