The best hot chocolate i have ever had . The best of all time their kunafa is also very good. The chocolate baklava is not upto the mark. Best of best is hot chocolate must try I'll give 6 out of 5 for it. Sweetsmith Coimbatore is conveniently located right next to the Kerala Club, between two roads. The outlet is easy to spot, and there’s plenty of parking available. Despite the good reviews and friendly service (I was even offered a sample of a kunafa), my order — the Lotus Biscoff Kunafa — was completely undercooked. When I raised the issue, I was told the food had to be returned. I understand store policy, but it doesn’t make sense to return a takeaway item once it’s already left the outlet. If you visit, do try their chili pickle — it’ll set your mouth on fire and definitely make you buy more sweets! and Yes, this place serves homemade Kerala style pickles.
