Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. While having dinner at On The Go Restaurant, Coimbatore, I ordered the Chef’s Special Paneer Lababdar. To my shock, I found a big stone in the food, which caused severe pain in my teeth, and I am still experiencing discomfort.What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability from the staff and management. Instead of offering a proper apology, I was told they would “check with the chef and come back,” but none of the managers returned. They simply went inside and never came back until I left the restaurant after paying the full bill amount.Considering they charge hefty prices for every dish, this level of food safety negligence and poor customer handling is unacceptable. I have retained the bill and am attaching both the bill and a photo of the stone for reference.This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I strongly urge the management to take this seriously and improve their quality control and customer response.

Portion size are very generous, so can you introduce 1/2 and full portions . Food is great and wholesome.
